A well-appointed and exceptional hotel, my first choice in Lisbon. Clean place in historic style with all necessary facilities. Historic location, close to Santiago Church. Approximately 10 min walk to metro station.

huge & big size rooms with an outside terrace and kitchen, for instance. efficiency of the staff. outstanding service and great value. everything perfect. location right by restaurants aren ‘ t perfect, the library, and the wonderful square.

The staff here is helpful, and they serve sumptuous breakfasts with a variety of delicious cheeses, salmon, and freshly squeezed juices in a beautiful modern palace setting, making you feel like a fairytale princess.

The location was best possible, not very far from a historic castle. Really enjoyed to hang out in the center, it's not very far from the hotel.

Breakfast was freshly prepared and sumptuous, loved the position.

Had a VERY GOOD stay of our long weekend in lisbon. The deluxe king suite had all necessary amenities. The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly, they were always available.

The rooms here are beautifully decorated in a romantic antique style, and the staff is incredibly attentive and thoughtful.

I've never been in a hotel where I felt so "at home" as in this Palacete... Their level of professionalism and charm is hardly surpassable... views are incredible and location is unbeatable.

Rui, the owner made us feel like family. The small,intimate setting of only 6 rooms is like a fairy tail.romantic, quirky, beautiful decor, charm. A jewel of Lisbon. Highest possible recommendation. Outstanding service, anticipated our needs, did more than was asked, pleasant, cheerful. Please book a room here if in Lisbon. A bit hard to find at first, but awesome location, easy walking everywhere. Do take train for day trip to Sintra as well. 5 stars for here, rui, and his team.
